Are you an inquisitive and proactive student interested in HR processes and organizational development? Would you like to not just observe but also actively participate in a professional engineering organization?
At Vicoma, as an HR intern, you will experience hands-on learning across various HR processes, supporting the HR team with administrative and organizational tasks while also focusing on your own internship assignment.
You will closely collaborate with HR colleagues and frequently engage with employees throughout the organization.
Will you discover how HR operates in a technical and international environment?
What Will You Do?
We provide you with the opportunity to explore the HR field across all domains, including:
HR administration (onboarding, transitions, and offboarding);
Sick leave management (including the Improvement of Gatekeeper Act);
Recruitment (you may even manage a job vacancy!);
Learning & Development (contribute or share ideas);
HR optimization (what can we improve?);
HR Business Partner tasks: writing advisory documents and reviewing employment conditions;
Learning about recognized sponsorship and hosting knowledge migrants!
Additionally, there is room for personal research with experienced guidance!
