Demonstrated expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM). Mandatory programming experience in Python and/or Ruby. Experience in administering Linux and MS Windows Server environments. Strong proficiency in SQL and MySQL. Experience in modeling and analyzing metrics and KPIs (familiarity with Tableau or similar tools). Knowledge of identity lifecycle tools and governance frameworks. Technical skills in Elasticstack (ELK) are highly valued. Ability to work autonomously with a high sense of responsibility. Excellent organizational and priority management skills. Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Design and develop automation solutions and technical integrations using Python (or Ruby).
  • Manage and optimize Linux and Windows Server environments.
  • Define, track, and report on security metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate effectively with technical teams to enhance and streamline operational processes.
  • Support identity lifecycle management activities, including provisioning, governance, and access review.
