Be prepared to provide project status updates at any time;Update all documentation that tracks project progress (shot lists, schedules, timelines, etc.);Take, receive, and disseminate internal and client review notes;Manage the flow of information and transfer of work between departments or with clients. Oversee the file transfer process with the production assistant;Ensure that artists have the necessary information and resources to begin working effectively;Set and monitor weekly objectives with the VFX Supervisor and VFX Producer.
