Jobgether seeks an Implementation & Customer Success Specialist to support its B2B SaaS platform designed for Mining and FIFO (Fly-In Fly-Out) Operations across the UK. The role centers on guiding clients through software adoption, with a focus on improving workforce accommodation and transportation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage software implementations for both new and existing clients, overseeing onboarding and platform configuration.
- Develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders in logistics, finance, IT, and operations.
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing consulting to help clients get the most value from the platform.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and support clients in optimizing their workflows.
- Own projects from initiation through completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Work closely with clients in mining, energy, and construction, adapting to their unique operational needs.
Requirements
- Background in client relations, customer success, or software implementation, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders from various departments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience managing multiple projects at once.
- Interest or experience in mining, energy, or construction is beneficial.
