What you will do
- Lead software implementations for clients in mining, energy, and construction.
- Guide onboarding and deliver user training to help clients adopt the platform successfully.
- Work closely with stakeholders in logistics, finance, IT, and operations to adapt system configurations to specific needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting long-term customer success.
- Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving as clients integrate the platform into daily workflows.
- Contribute to the development of internal best practices for implementation and customer support.
