We are seeking an Implementation Engineer to act as the pivotal technical resource for our customers. You will support engineering teams during trials and ongoing usage, assist in the integration and optimization of their build workflows, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for new and existing customers—providing guidance as they adopt and scale our platform.
Diagnose, investigate, and resolve complex issues relating to build systems, integrations, and environments.
Assist customers in optimizing their utilization of EngFlow’s products, ensuring seamless adoption within their developer workflows.
Collaborate with the Engineering team to identify and track product bugs, performance regressions, and feature feedback from the field.
Develop and maintain both internal and external documentation to enhance future support and empower developers.
Engage with the wider community through forums, Slack, GitHub, and conferences—representing EngFlow’s voice with empathy and technical expertise.
Foster a culture of operational excellence through metrics, tooling enhancements, and automation.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in software development, technical support, SRE, or similar developer-facing roles.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and optimizing build systems and workflows.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with cloud technologies and distributed systems is a plus.
