Ability to operate strategically while managing tactical details, focusing on both execution and long-term account success and growth. A proven history of identifying process inefficiencies and driving scalable enhancements to implementation methodologies, tools, and playbooks.

About The Role

The Implementation Lead at PatientIQ plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of our enterprise-level solutions for customers. Acting as a strategic partner, you will facilitate the transition from Sales to long-term Customer Success, helping clients derive maximum value from the PatientIQ platform, network, and services. Your responsibilities will include leading intricate implementations that seamlessly integrate PatientIQ into clinical workflows, enhance patient enrollment, and expedite time-to-value. In addition to project delivery, you will mentor team members and actively contribute to refining internal processes, playbooks, and implementation strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Guide the customer journey from the final sales cycle stages to a smooth transition to Customer Success, architecting the implementation roadmap for fast-tracked patient enrollment.
  • Manage multiple complex implementations concurrently, skillfully balancing priorities while ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
  • Proactively identify and address bottlenecks or challenges in the implementation process that may hinder time-to-value.
  • Facilitate clear communication with executive and operational stakeholders, providing updates on implementation progress, risks, and impacts at all levels of the client organization.
  • Support the Manager of Platform Implementations with documentation of processes and training while streamlining the implementation procedure.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and project plans, offering comprehensive visibility into project health for executive leadership.
