About The Role
As an Implementation Manager, you will be pivotal in driving successful implementations at Hightouch. Collaborating closely with Technical Architects, you will take ownership of the entire implementation and enablement lifecycle for our Mid-Market and Enterprise customers. Your primary responsibility will involve executing the technical aspects of customer onboarding, ensuring a seamless integration of Hightouch into clients' existing data infrastructures, all while partnering with the Technical Architect overseeing the overall customer experience.
In this capacity, you will serve as the product specialist who translates complex customer requirements into actionable implementation strategies. You should have an innate ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both data engineering teams and business stakeholders. As the lead for the implementation lifecycle, your focus will be on creating repeatable, efficient processes that can scale across our customer base while remaining adaptable to meet unique enterprise needs.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the onboarding process for clients, collaborating closely with Technical Architects to ensure alignment between technical execution and customer success objectives.
- Design and refine implementation frameworks that can scale across various customer segments while accommodating specific enterprise requirements.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and implementation workshops, partnering with customer data engineering teams and business stakeholders.
- Create and uphold detailed technical documentation for implementations, including integration specifications, data models, and more.
