Role Overview
The Implementation Manager plays a key part in ensuring customers get the most from Humaans from day one. With Athena now live, this role helps organizations set up an AI-powered people platform, driving adoption and building long-term relationships.
This position focuses on precision, efficiency, and a strong customer experience. AI tools are part of the daily workflow to speed up processes, catch errors early, and refine future implementations. The Implementation Manager covers both our core HRIS and Athena platforms, making sure customers are set up for success from the start.
What You Will Do
- Manage the entire implementation process for new clients, from contract signature through to solution launch
- Work with complex data sets and adapt solutions to fit each organization’s needs
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver smooth, memorable implementations
