About the Team:

The Implementation team is a pivotal differentiator for Invoca, playing a crucial role in the customer journey. As an Implementation Manager, you will spearhead the deployment of Invoca's premier Call Tracking and Analytics solution across a diverse portfolio of customers. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Implementation, you will oversee projects across four customer segments, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience that fosters product adoption and long-term success.

About the Role:

This individual contributor position necessitates exceptional project management, product knowledge, and communication skills to effectively guide customers through technical implementations while managing multiple engagements. You will support teams in both the United States and the United Kingdom, playing a vital role in delivering outstanding business value by refining onboarding processes, establishing best practices, and collaborating across departments to help customers achieve their objectives with Invoca. As a strategic thinker and problem-solver, you will contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the implementation function and aid in scaling processes to accommodate the changing needs of a growing SaaS organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project & Portfolio Management: Supervise a portfolio of customer implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful execution.
  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business objectives and customize implementation strategies accordingly.
  • Product Expertise & Training: Develop expertise on the Invoca platform, educating customers on core functionalities, integrations, APIs, and webhooks.
  • Technical Implementation Support: Guide customers in deploying Invoca’s JavaScript, integrating with MarTech platforms, and optimizing workflows.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiency, scalability, and the overall customer experience.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless transitions and consistent communication with customers.
  • Issue Resolution & Risk Mitigation: Quickly identify potential challenges, escalate when necessary, and proactively resolve issues to guarantee a positive onboarding experience.
