As an ISV (Independent Software Vendor) Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in recruiting, enabling, and managing software partners to develop, market, or integrate their applications within Nuvei’s ecosystem. This ‘hunter’ position requires a profound understanding and a proven track record in the payments industry, particularly in integrated payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Recruitment: Identify, prospect, and onboard new ISV partners using a variety of strategies.
- Contract Negotiations: Lead complex contract negotiations involving multiple stakeholders, including business, legal, procurement, and finance teams.
- GTM & Co-Selling: Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Integrations, and Partner Activations to enhance sales conversions and manage post-sales activities, including back book conversion and new acquisition strategies.
- Revenue Accountability: Achieve revenue KPIs through effective partner recruitment, pricing discipline, and activation strategies.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust ISV pipeline, including reporting and forecasting, to effectively advance sales opportunities.
- ISV Verticalization: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in key ISV verticals that present significant Total Addressable Market (TAM) opportunities and global potential.
- Product Incorporation: Leverage Nuvei’s suite of integrated payment solutions to create customized offerings for ISV prospects.
