Role Overview: IT Systems Engineer

This is a foundational position as the first dedicated IT Systems Engineer at Assort Health’s San Francisco headquarters. The role involves full ownership of the company’s IT infrastructure, including endpoint management, identity systems, and daily operations. The IT Systems Engineer will work closely with the Security team and collaborate across all departments to build secure, scalable, and reliable IT systems that support rapid company growth.

Expect broad responsibility across areas such as identity and access management, device lifecycle management, and IT onboarding/offboarding. The position also requires hands-on support for real-time operational needs as Assort Health continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee identity and access management, including SSO integrations, user provisioning, and access controls for all applications.
  • Lead the deployment and ongoing management of Okta to centralize and secure company-wide access.
  • Design and implement scalable IT systems that meet growth and compliance needs.
