Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSA minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a manufacturing or production setting. Proficient with torque and mechanical tools, including gauges and indicators. Competent in utilizing computer systems for process transactions and quality management. Proven hands-on experience in fabrication, mechanical assembly, and wiring. Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and complete documentation as products are assembled. Strong adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment. Capability to lift up to 50 pounds for short durations. Demonstrated multitasking abilities with quick transitions to new assignments as needed. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSFamiliarity with AS9100 or equivalent quality management systems. Experience implementing 5S methodologies. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to work independently. Experience utilizing microscopes. Knowledge of ESD processes. Background in imaging, optics, and alignment.
