The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of the National System for Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) architecture. We are dedicated to the swift identification and integration of groundbreaking technologies that enhance our capabilities in supporting forward-deployed warfighters. Our mission focuses on optimizing the collection, processing, and dissemination of GEOINT data and services to our mission partners.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive support for Joint Regional Edge Node (JREN) deployments, both within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). This includes training delivery, instructional tradecraft development, user outreach, systems sustainment, and advanced data analytics.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, gather input, and provide engaging presentations to potential users to foster awareness and adoption of JREN capabilities.
  • Collaborate with various Mission Partners to ensure that all NGA-related capabilities are effectively utilized.
  • Conduct market research to assess Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and Government Off-the-Shelf (GOTS) tools, as well as R&D prototypes, to streamline transitions, reduce costs, and mitigate development risks.
  • Provide engineering support by integrating operational and analytical perspectives into ongoing tools development activities, including testing, data integrity, help desk support, and mission engineering.
