Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell our services.
  • Develop, maintain, and update a comprehensive customer database.
  • Expand and strengthen the customer base.
  • Meticulously document outbound call histories and customer feedback.
  • Ensure ongoing follow-up with customers.
  • Analyze competitor offerings and devise effective sales strategies.
  • Address customer inquiries and needs.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Italian (C2 level) and proficient in English (both oral and written).
  • Experience: Minimum of 14 months in sales and customer engagement, with a strong ability to learn and adapt rapidly.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software for tracking customer interactions and supporting sales processes.
