Key Responsibilities:Developing RFP (Request for Proposals) strategies to ensure cohesive storytelling across all teams, including the preparation of client presentations, media plans, and forecasts. Strategically introducing new products in alignment with commercial and operational guidelines. Leading kickoff calls for upcoming campaign launches with client and agency stakeholders for all activation methods (Managed Service, Self Service & Programmatic Deal IDs). Assisting in the onboarding process for clients using our self-service buying platform. Collaborating closely with Sales on pre-sale client requirements and communications. Serving as the primary contact for all client communications post-sale. Preparing for campaign activation through clear and effective communication with clients. Managing the post-sale process, which includes campaign setup, pacing and delivery, revenue generation, and post-campaign analysis. Working efficiently with our Associate CM & Ad Ops team on screenshots, tagging needs, reporting requests, avails pulls, site list requests, and other tasks. Analyzing performance data to identify key trends.
