Why We Need You

Our Strategic Sourcing & Procurement team is integral to this mission, unlocking efficiency, value, and resilience across our technology and market strategies. We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to oversee impactful indirect categories, focusing on SaaS and technology that underpin IT, Marketing, GTM, and HR functions.
In this position, you will spearhead contract negotiations, orchestrate competitive sourcing initiatives, and collaborate closely with Legal, Security, and business leaders to deliver exceptional contracts that mitigate risks and optimize total cost of ownership. Your Responsibilities
- Lead contract negotiations and vendor management for SaaS and technology categories, ensuring advantageous commercial terms, service level agreements, and exit strategies.
- Oversee comprehensive RFX processes, supplier assessments, and competitive bidding; provide data-driven recommendations for supplier choices.
- Develop cost models and deliver insights that drive efficiency, savings, and outcome-focused decisions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, orders, and software licensing agreements in coordination with Legal, Compliance, and Security teams.
