Key Responsibilities:Deliver outstanding customer service and foster continuous growth of enterprise accounts. Nurture and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients. Design, execute, and maintain an account growth strategy that includes account mapping, stakeholder analysis, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities. Conduct thorough research on potential clients utilizing various strategies such as internet exploration, trade show lists, referrals, professional directories, and CRM systems. Accurately document prospective client information, including names, titles, contact details, and other relevant data. Consistently align efforts with TransPerfect’s core values. Generate new business opportunities through email outreach, social media, cold calling, and other available channels. Develop targeted marketing strategies and content tailored to specific accounts. Employ creative problem-solving skills to enhance current business development strategies. Organize and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Establish and uphold a culture of continuous improvement, including the development of KPIs for monitoring account performance. Identify and manage Requests for Quotation (RfQs) and Requests for Proposal (RfPs). Negotiate terms, pricing, and deadlines with both prospective and existing clients. Collaborate with operations, technology, solutions, and internal teams to ensure all projects are executed with meticulous attention to detail, resulting in flawless deliverables. Regularly follow up with clients to confirm their satisfaction and address any concerns.

The Director of Strategic Accounts serves as the main contact for assigned clients, building trust and acting as a consultative partner. The role combines leadership with a hands-on approach to create collaborative, cross-functional solutions for complex client needs.
