Position Overview

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. Your passion for providing excellent patient care and your commitment to ensuring a positive patient experience will be vital in this role. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment are essential for success. This is a full-time position based in our Salt Lake City clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
  • Exhibit clinical competency as an RN, covering tasks from medication administration to setting up sterile fields and sterilizing equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with medical providers regarding clinical and surgical schedules to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Document clinical and surgical notes accurately and appropriately.
  • Deliver exceptional patient care and service at all times.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures to promote positive patient outcomes.
  • Enhance physician patient retention through high-quality care and patient experience.
  • Participate in additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by Clinical Leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Current ACLS certification.
