This role is designed for a strategic leader who will oversee all aspects related to ESH and security compliance. The ESH Site Lead is responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of site programs that align with environmental, health, safety, and security requirements. Collaborating closely with corporate, regional, and divisional teams, this position ensures adherence to internal standards while fostering a culture of safety and excellence within the plant.
The ESH Site Lead will take charge of planning, developing, and coordinating initiatives that emphasize safety, security, industrial hygiene, fire protection, and environmental stewardship.
