What Will Your Responsibilities Be?
Collaborate closely with the sales management, campaign management, and marketing teams.
Assist in the proposal process and order fulfillment.
Handle customer inquiries, coordinating next steps and appointments.
Conduct sales-related background research.
Manage tasks related to our customer and marketing data (CRM, Office, and campaign tools) – keeping data updated and maintained.
Support the back office, correspondence, and organization.
Assist in preparing external customer meetings, events, and marketing initiatives.
Enhance proposal quality, standards, and processes through your own ideas and conceptual contributions.
