Role Overview

The Full-Time Sales Advisor acts as a Brand Ambassador for Boggi Milano. This role involves welcoming customers, learning about their preferences, and guiding them through a tailored shopping experience both in-store and online. Sales Advisors help strengthen the brand’s reputation by delivering attentive service and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver attentive, high-quality customer service that highlights Boggi Milano’s products and values.
  • Identify customer needs, clearly explain product features, and assist with selecting the right items.
  • Build ongoing relationships to encourage trust and loyalty among clients.
  • Promote additional sales and support omnichannel services such as Click & Collect, Seek & Send, and in-store digital tools.
  • Work toward individual and team sales goals.
  • Handle inquiries or complaints professionally, collaborating with the store manager when needed.
  • Keep the boutique organized and visually appealing, meeting Boggi Milano’s standards in all areas.
  • Support inventory management and assist with omnichannel order flows.
  • Participate in cash handling and operational tasks, following company guidelines.
