Recursion Pharmaceuticals is hiring a Global People & Systems Lead based in New York. This position shapes and manages the company’s HR technology, supporting scientific and technical teams across the US, UK, and Canada. The work blends technical hands-on responsibilities with strategic workforce planning, ensuring People systems match the pace and complexity of Recursion’s growth.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the functional and technical lead for HiBob, overseeing Core HR, Compensation, Talent, and Workforce Planning modules.
- Hold technical responsibility for Greenhouse, PAVE, Bridge, and additional People technology tools.
- Drive system enhancements, design improvements, and manage vendor relationships for the People technology stack.
- Collaborate with IT and Finance to optimize HR tech architecture and build scalable systems.
- Identify and implement AI and automation solutions to streamline workflows and improve the experience for managers and employees.
- Develop intelligent systems that support decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Translate workforce data into actionable insights for organizational design and capacity planning, including dashboard and advanced report creation.
- Oversee integrations across HRIS, payroll, benefits, and enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity, audit readiness, and compliance with global standards.
