The team is refining its go-to-market strategy with an emphasis on data-driven targeting and scalable systems.
Role overview
The GTM Engineer will build and manage the technical infrastructure behind Extract’s outbound engine. This role centers on developing systems that turn Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and account lists into a pipeline for growth. The position combines data, systems, and outbound execution, focusing on constructing the engine rather than running campaigns.
Key responsibilities

Build and operate the outbound engine using Clay:
- Design and manage tables for ICP accounts, personas, and enrichment
- Integrate multiple data sources to create actionable datasets
- Transform static account lists into dynamic, signal-driven targeting systems

Support community engagement and content distribution:
- Build and connect with communities where target users are active
- Identify and engage channels such as LinkedIn, specialized data communities, and operator groups
- Assist in distributing content to raise awareness and generate inbound interest

Contribute to content and video production:
- Collaborate with Marketing to distill product use cases into clear, accessible content
- Help create lightweight assets, including demos, explainers, and short videos

This is a remote position open to candidates based in LATAM.
