Key Responsibilities:Deliver outstanding guest service by proactively identifying and addressing guest needs promptly and effectively. Foster a professional and high-quality service-oriented environment. Collaborate and maintain effective communication with all departments. Establish and uphold a high level of personal service and guest recognition. Welcome guests warmly and resolve any issues or complaints swiftly and courteously. Promote and upsell ongoing Marriott programs to optimize hotel revenue. Perform check-in and check-out procedures and manage guest payments. Qualifications:A minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, ideally as a Front Office Agent in a 5-star hotel. A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds. Aspiring team player with a positive attitude. Proficient in both written and spoken Greek and English; proficiency in German, Russian, or French is a plus. Strong computer skills, including experience with Opera software. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to cooperation.

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Guest Service Ambassador for our Front Desk team at The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
