THE ROLE

As a Hospital Manager, you will lead your team and oversee operations in alignment with the VEG Way. Your role will be pivotal in shaping a dynamic environment that embraces change and fosters growth. You will be actively present in the hospital, promoting a culture of engagement, efficiency, and financial health while providing your VEGgies with the resources, support, and autonomy they need to excel. By utilizing the VEG framework, you will ensure optimal performance while cultivating an inclusive workplace where team members feel valued and encouraged to bring their friends on board. Additionally, you will establish collaborative partnerships with local veterinarians and businesses, positioning VEG as the premier choice for emergency pet care in the community.

 

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively recruit, hire, onboard, and develop the right talent for VEG and your hospital.
  • Ensure an outstanding experience for patients, clients, and team members at your facility.
  • Maintain compliance and operational excellence within your hospital.
  • Drive business performance to achieve high revenue and profitability while challenging the status quo.
  • Enhance VEG's reputation locally and across the industry through effective online and media engagement.
