We seek a driven and results-oriented Account Executive who excels in a collaborative environment and can adeptly handle complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Sales Cycle: Oversee the complete sales process, from initial discovery through to closing deals.
- Focus on Mid-Market Engagement: Identify and secure opportunities with mid-sized professional services firms and compliance departments.
- Consultative Selling Approach: Analyze organizational challenges in regulatory workflows and align our SaaS solutions to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with key stakeholders including Managing Partners, IT/Security leaders, and Finance Directors.
- Maintain Pipeline Integrity: Ensure a well-organized CRM system leveraging a systematic methodology (e.g., MEDDICC).
Qualifications
Who You Are
- Proven Closer: 3-7+ years in B2B SaaS sales with a minimum of 2 years focusing on Mid-Market sales.
- Industry Expert: Experience in selling software solutions to accounting, tax, legal, or related professional services sectors is highly desirable.
- Methodical Sales Professional: Adhere to a structured sales framework to drive consistent revenue results.
- Growth-Oriented Individual: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth atmosphere and assist in refining our ideal customer profile and messaging.
