The Partner Success Manager is integral to the growth and effectiveness of our Channel Partner Program, ensuring that all members of Buyers Edge Platform derive maximum value. This role is essential for achieving our broader business objectives, with leadership relying on this position to drive growth and execute strategic initiatives. We are on the lookout for a highly motivated, organized, and proactive professional who can introduce innovative structures to our partner operations. You will have the autonomy to lead initiatives aimed at enhancing processes, fostering relationships, and establishing scalable success. A strong background in managing KPIs and performance metrics is crucial.

Your Impact:
- Act as the primary liaison between Buyers Edge Platform and our Channel Partners.
- Develop, maintain, and expand strategic partnerships with Channel Partners.
- Consistently represent the company in a professional manner to partners and stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate product and service offerings to Channel Partners.
- Create and automate efficient processes that underpin scalable, profitable partnerships.
- Assess and track Channel Partner performance and program outcomes.
- Provide comprehensive monthly reports on activities, pipeline, and key opportunities.
- Facilitate regular calls to review results, share best practices, and synchronize on initiatives.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to enhance existing partner engagements.
- Design and implement strategies to increase market share via channel activities.
- Collaborate closely with VPs on market-specific challenges, initiatives, and opportunities.
- Maintain thorough documentation of enablement materials and sales presentations.
- Utilize Salesforce diligently for tracking, reporting, and communication.
- Foster and deepen relationships with Channel Partners by understanding their business needs.
