As a key player in the realm of e-commerce, personalization, and AI, you will serve as a Product Manager for our core Fix Experience—our largest business unit. We seek a proactive product leader with a strong sense of urgency, capable of transforming intricate challenges into highly personalized and engaging client experiences that foster retention.

- Driving Significant Business Impact: Assume a vital responsibility for our most critical business unit. The innovations and features you develop will directly influence Stitch Fix's overall performance, delivering measurable outcomes on a grand scale.
- Defining Vision & Strategy: Craft a compelling strategic narrative and product strategy, along with a release plan that encompasses both short-term quarterly objectives and a 1-3 year outlook.
- Executing with Urgency: Champion innovative product ideas, navigating them from concept to completion through comprehensive discovery, customer interviews, prototyping, and rapid iteration. You will skillfully balance investments in groundbreaking innovation, essential feature enhancements, and foundational technical excellence.
- Managing a Diverse Portfolio: Deliver on a complex portfolio of multiple workstreams, products, and simultaneous feature launches.
- Leading Cross-Functional Collaboration: Cultivate strong partnerships across Design, Algorithms, Engineering, Merchandising, Marketing, and Operational teams to create cohesive solutions that meet client needs.
