We are actively seeking dedicated RNs to take on the role of Clinical Director.
BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a passionate and driven Clinical Director for our Columbus, OH Home Health office, which provides exceptional care to adult and geriatric clients across Columbus and its neighboring counties.

A Typical Day as a Home Health Director:
- Inspire and lead a team to deliver outstanding client care.
- A dynamic clinician dedicated to upholding the highest standards of client service and care quality.
- Foster relationships with employees, referral sources, and community partners to expand this Medicare Certified Home Health Office.
- Manage office operations, including business development, budgeting, planning, recruitment, and fiscal management.
- Oversee service quality and ensure compliance and client satisfaction through staff education, training, and evaluation.
- Supervise a team of field nurses and therapists.
- Conduct supervisory visits as needed in client homes.
- Provide orientation and training for new hires.
- Coordinate and conduct in-service training for field staff.
- Two years of Oasis experience preferred.
