Role Overview: Remote Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI)
This is a full-time, W2 position for Associate Therapists providing outpatient mental health care through an entirely remote telehealth model. Work from home while supporting patients at all life stages.
Work Schedule and Environment
- Fully remote role based in Florida
- Monday through Friday (no weekends)
- Choose from two shifts: 10 AM - 7 PM or 11 AM - 8 PM Eastern

Required Qualifications
- Master's degree and appropriate licensure
- Unrestricted work authorization in the United States (no employer sponsorship or visa support)
- Private, dedicated workspace at home that meets HIPAA requirements
- Fluency in English; Spanish or other language skills are a plus
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Understanding of mental health and/or substance use disorders
- Experience with treatment planning
- Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and internal communication tools
