Role Overview: Remote Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI)

This is a full-time, W2 position for Associate Therapists providing outpatient mental health care through an entirely remote telehealth model. Work from home while supporting patients at all life stages.

Work Schedule and Environment

  • Fully remote role based in Florida
  • Monday through Friday (no weekends)
  • Choose from two shifts: 10 AM - 7 PM or 11 AM - 8 PM Eastern

Compensation and Benefits

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree and appropriate licensure
  • Unrestricted work authorization in the United States (no employer sponsorship or visa support)
  • Private, dedicated workspace at home that meets HIPAA requirements
  • Fluency in English; Spanish or other language skills are a plus

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Understanding of mental health and/or substance use disorders
  • Experience with treatment planning
  • Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and internal communication tools
