Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct aerodynamic design and simulations of Archer eVTOL aircraft utilizing Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
- Perform aerodynamic shape optimizations for various components of Archer vehicles.
- Develop and maintain high-fidelity models of the Archer eVTOL aircraft.
- Create high-quality surfaces for the Outer Mold Line (OML) definition.
- Correlate and validate CFD results with lower-fidelity simulations, flight test data, and wind tunnel experiments.
- Support vehicle aerodynamic design throughout all project phases, from conceptual design to certification.
