About the job
Vizzia is launching its Partnerships division in Paris and seeks a Senior Manager of Partnerships and Sales to lead this effort. This position will set the partnership strategy, build scalable processes, and lay the groundwork for long-term growth. The role is both strategic and hands-on, shaping how Vizzia collaborates with integrators, engineering firms, and public procurement platforms.
Key Stakeholders
- National Integrators (such as Ineo, Derichebourg, Sigrénea): Take over and structure ongoing discussions, turning them into lasting partnerships.
- Engineering Firms: Currently involved late in the sales cycle to formalize technical specifications for public tenders. The aim is to engage these firms earlier and develop proactive relationships.
- Public Procurement Platforms (including UGAP and VONUM): These platforms are crucial for reaching public sector clients who cannot purchase directly from Vizzia.
What to Know Before Applying
- Integrators gain significant business opportunities through Vizzia, including commissions, installation, and maintenance. Effectively communicating this value is essential.
- The role focuses on shifting engineering firms from late-stage contributors to strategic partners involved from the outset.
- Vizzia’s internal structure was not initially designed for a partner channel, so building internal alignment and new processes will be a key part of the job.
Responsibilities
Strategy and Process Development
- Develop and validate a 12-month partnership plan with clear, measurable milestones.
- Identify, qualify, and secure five top-priority strategic partnerships within the first year.
- Design onboarding, activation, and operational frameworks for new partners from the ground up.
Field Activation and Relationship Management
- Collaborate with local agencies linked to national integrators to build support where deals are made.
- Transform engineering firm relationships from transactional to early-stage, collaborative partnerships.
- Negotiate commercial terms with all stakeholders to create mutually beneficial agreements.
