Preferred Qualifications:Salesforce Platform Administrator Certification. Advanced Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator II, Platform App Builder) are a plus. Proven track record in leading complex Salesforce initiatives within a healthcare or enterprise environment. Strong analytical, architectural, and problem-solving skills. Expertise in advanced automation techniques (Flows, Apex fundamentals, system integrations). Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams. Excellent organizational and time management skills, adept at managing multiple priorities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience with agile methodologies. Self-driven, independent, and capable of providing leadership and mentorship.
