We are on the lookout for a Senior Technical Recruiter who possesses a robust background in scaling organizations and assembling engineering and product teams.
You are driven, efficient, and data-oriented, excelling in dynamic environments where several high-priority positions require rapid fulfillment. While your primary focus lies in technical recruitment, your versatility allows you to adapt to non-technical roles as business needs evolve.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience within a SaaS environment.
2+ years of specialization in technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps, Product Managers).
Ability to recruit for non-technical positions (e.g., operations, sales, leadership).
Comfort in utilizing AI tools as part of your regular workflow, with the ability to name the tools you depend on and share real use cases.
A data-driven approach, employing metrics and insights to enhance recruitment strategies.
Strong motivation and capability to manage multiple high-priority searches in fast-paced settings.
Proven track record of building strong partnerships with Engineering, Product, and Technical Leadership.
A commitment to diversity, inclusion, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
