Key Responsibilities
- Direct contract operations and lead field teams serving government clients at distributed sites
- Maintain high standards for safety, compliance, and service delivery
- Build and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Act as the main connection between executive leadership and operational teams, translating strategic goals into clear plans
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management for assigned operations
- Support business development by contributing to proposals and evaluating operational feasibility of new projects
