Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering; Master’s degree preferred. Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) license. At least 8 years of experience in structural engineering design, with a minimum of 2 years in project management. Proficient in structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, RAM, and RISA-3D. Strong knowledge of building codes and standards including IBC, ASCE, ACI, and AISC. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Experience with BIM software such as Revit and Bluebeam. Dedication to continuous professional development.

  • Guide and mentor project engineers and BIM team members, facilitating their professional development through complex projects.
  • Engage with clients, ensuring effective communication and delivery of solutions that meet their requirements.

  • Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and structural evaluations.
  • Manage the preparation of engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, and reports while ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and standards.
  • Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
