Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement state-of-the-art computer vision algorithms on embedded systems to identify, track, and classify airborne and ground-based objects using high-speed cameras. Design and optimize AI/ML models for deployment on resource-constrained embedded platforms, with a focus on memory, processing power, and energy efficiency. Engage in the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and system design to testing, deployment, and maintenance. Conduct algorithm evaluation and optimization to ensure efficient real-time performance of high frame rate machine vision systems. Stay informed on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and computer vision, and propose innovative enhancements to our product offerings. Effectively document and communicate technical concepts, algorithms, and implementation details to team members and stakeholders. Debugging experience with video processing pipelines is a plus. Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and technical expertise to support their professional development. Requirements:Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field. Proficient programming skills in C/C++ and Python are required, with embedded software development experience being an advantage. Strong understanding of AI/ML techniques, deep learning frameworks, and computer vision principles. Experience with hardware-software integration and optimization for embedded systems, including GPU acceleration, FPGA implementation, and multi-core parallel processing. Familiarity with video processing pipelines and workflows. Proficiency in working with popular embedded platforms, such as ARM-based SoCs and microcontrollers. Basic knowledge of image processing techniques, camera systems, and sensor integration. Understanding of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and software development for embedded systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
