Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers in your portfolio to drive satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
- Understand and connect your customers' goals and needs to our products and services.
- Identify opportunities to leverage successful customer stories for case studies and events.
- Continuously share insights on customer demands and challenges with relevant internal teams (product, marketing, etc.).
