Position Overview

As a Junior Roofing Sales Representative, you will generate leads, meet with homeowners, conduct roof and property inspections, and guide clients through the roofing process from initial contact to signed agreement. You will represent 3MG in the field with professionalism, all while enhancing your product knowledge and sales skills through practical training and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through door-knocking, networking, and referrals.
Schedule and conduct appointments with homeowners, delivering a polished sales presentation.
Perform roof and property inspections (comfortable working at heights).
Clearly communicate to educate customers about roofing processes and solutions.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a solid client base.
Develop a thorough understanding of roofing products, services, and basic insurance/retail workflows.
