As a Junior Sales Development Representative (m/w/d), you will serve as the first point of contact for potential customers at Sharpist. You will often be the face of our company during initial conversations, playing a fundamental role in our growth by:
Building and maintaining a list of potential accounts, analyzing personas and news to identify key strategies, keywords, and changes.
Identifying and engaging with potential new Sharpist customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Collaborating in the development of frameworks and playbooks with best practices for successful customer acquisition.
Collecting and sharing valuable feedback and insights with the marketing and product teams to enhance our offerings.
Creating positive customer experiences and actively contributing to increasing brand awareness and perception.
