Proficiency in CRM systems, with Salesforce experience being advantageous.

The Key Account Director plays a pivotal role in managing and cultivating relationships with Customized Energy Solutions' (CES) most strategic clients. This position entails acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction while enhancing revenue through contract renewals, upselling, and expanding business lines. The ideal candidate will possess a robust blend of relationship management, strategic account planning, and sales execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary relationship manager for designated key accounts, fostering trusted, long-term partnerships.
  • Formulate and implement strategic account plans aimed at achieving revenue growth, retention, and expansion objectives.
  • Proactively manage renewals by engaging clients well in advance of contract expiration.
  • Identify avenues for upselling CES's existing solutions and increase adoption across various business lines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, regulatory, and support) to guarantee client satisfaction and deliver substantial value.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of CES service offerings, energy markets, and client business goals.
  • Utilize CRM and reporting tools to monitor account health, engagement, and growth opportunities.
  • Champion clients' needs within CES, ensuring their feedback shapes business strategy.
  • Represent CES at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as a trusted partner.
