Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in build or design (internships, engineering clubs, and competition teams are acceptable). PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating initiative and critical thinking. Strong understanding of fluid dynamics and thermal systems. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to engineering challenges.
