Key Responsibilities:
As the Lead Building Controls Technician, you will be instrumental in installing and maintaining Runwise's state-of-the-art control and sensor networks in both residential and commercial properties. Your role will include:
- Installing Runwise control systems and establishing secure internet connections.
- Deploying wired and wireless network sensors throughout facilities.
- Testing control and wireless network systems for optimal performance.
- Navigating boiler room setups and identifying components in steam and hydronic systems.
- Coordinating installations with project scheduling teams.
- Updating and maintaining critical tracking systems for technology and finance teams.
- Managing parts inventory within service vehicles.
