Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience In-depth knowledge of document control and its practical application.⏳ Strong skills in time management, problem-solving, and organization. Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience in the Civil Nuclear sector or manufacturing industry is preferred. Minimum of Standard Grade/GCSE level education (or equivalent); ONC/HNC in Engineering, Computer Science, or Science is beneficial. Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, and word processing software, with the ability to learn quickly. Familiarity with configuration management is an asset.

Lead Document Controller
Assystem Energy & Infrastructure is seeking a dedicated Lead Document Controller to join our team.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the systematic management of document filing, numbering, and retrieval for both physical and digital records. You will ensure that all documentation produced by project and technical teams is managed in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities
Allocate and maintain the document numbering system for all project-related work.
Ensure that document management adheres to established procedures and standards, including numbering, formats, issuance, review, dispatch, recording, and archiving.
Organize and manage both electronic and hard copy documents as needed.
Collaborate with project teams to establish and maintain Master Document Registers.
Provide timely responses to information requests, searches, and general support from the project or department.
Manage Document Control systems to facilitate effective information flow.
