WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead a team of DSP engineers in conducting trade studies and optimizing signal processing and machine learning algorithms for implementation on FPGAs and GPUs.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of software and hardware engineers to create software-defined radios; guide the DSP team in their interactions with software and hardware teams, focusing on the integration of DSP techniques into software and firmware.
- Design and implement innovative algorithms for RADAR systems that enhance operational capabilities.
- Develop Modeling and Simulation (M&S) code for RADAR techniques and conduct data analysis, including Hardware-in-the-Loop / Software-in-the-Loop (HIL/SIL) testing.
- Engage in laboratory and field testing of RF systems and techniques, ensuring reliability and effectiveness.
- Contribute to the evolution of RF systems into deployable products that meet military standards.
