Qualifications
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and validate intricate algorithms related to the trajectory geometry of autonomous vehicles and their components. Analyze the behavior of autonomous rovers to identify inconsistencies, implementing solutions for flawless operation across system components. Supervise contributions from junior software engineers in the geometry planning component. Collaborate with other teams responsible for different system modules related to trajectory geometry, ensuring synchronized and cohesive operations. Coordinate data flow and commands between components for the efficient functioning of the autonomous vehicle. Develop and implement metrics for evaluating autonomous vehicle performance. Establish feedback mechanisms regarding autonomous vehicle behavior. Simulate diverse driving scenarios to ensure comprehensive metrics cover a wide range of potential situations. Analyze feedback from the Quality Assurance team. Diagnose issues within complex, multi-component systems and conduct thorough root cause analyses. Conduct proficient code reviews. RequirementsEducational Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent. Minimum of 12 years of experience in software engineering. At least 5 years of experience with Linux and Docker. Minimum of 3 years of relevant IT experience. Demonstrated ability to implement advanced AI solutions. Strong knowledge in motion planning and autonomous systems.
