Your Role
We are seeking two dynamic Senior Lead Software Engineers to join our engineering team. In this pivotal role, you will provide technical leadership and drive significant contributions to our product's architecture and design.
As part of our Web App engineering team, you will be instrumental in developing Ravio's customer-facing web application, a sophisticated data and SaaS platform. You will take ownership of various facets of product architecture and technical design, leading implementations with expertise.
You should possess extensive experience in at least one specialized area such as frontend, backend, security, infrastructure, or performance, and you will set high standards for code quality, system reliability, and design excellence.
Our team is composed of specialists in both frontend and backend development, and every member contributes across the full technology stack. This hands-on role requires you to lead technical decision-making and tackle the most complex challenges we face. Additionally, as our company expands, management opportunities will arise for those interested in leadership roles.
Qualifications
A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software engineering
Proven ability to inspire teams and lead impactful projects with minimal oversight
Demonstrated proficiency in senior-level contributions in
TypeScript
JavaScript
Node.js
Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.)
CI/CD practices
