About the Role
As a key member of the Learning and Organisational Development team, you will help empower our workforce to achieve their fullest potential. In your role as a Learning Experience Designer, you will be instrumental in crafting engaging and impactful learning content that builds capabilities, fosters continuous development, and enhances overall business performance. Working closely with the Manager – ANZ Learning and Organisational Development and a dynamic cross-functional team, you will design and produce modern learning resources that enable our employees to excel, remain safe, and thrive in their roles.
Please note this is a fixed-term opportunity for 6 months.

Key Responsibilities
As a Learning Experience Designer, your focus will include:
• Designing and creating multimedia learning content such as e-learning courses, videos, animations, infographics, and interactive learning components.
• Applying instructional design principles to develop effective, engaging, and outcome-oriented learning experiences.
• Overseeing multiple learning projects concurrently to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
• Communicating and advocating for learning and development initiatives throughout the organization.
• Conducting user testing and utilizing feedback for the continuous enhancement of learning materials.
• Keeping abreast of the latest trends and technologies in multimedia design and e-learning.
• Actively contributing to ongoing innovation and improvement efforts.
• Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety responsibilities in accordance with Datacom policies.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate training and learning design.
- Proficiency in e-learning design, video production, and content curation.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and their administration.
- Expertise in multimedia software and e-learning authoring tools (such as Articulate Suite).
- A solid understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- The capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Education, or a related field.
