Position Overview
As a Licensed Civil Engineer specializing in site development, you will take charge of engineering and project management tasks for land development initiatives, ensuring client satisfaction from conceptualization to project completion. Your responsibilities will include conducting design calculations, assisting in the formulation of project scopes and timelines, and visiting job sites for oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engineering evaluations, designs, and construction plans for projects of varying scale.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation while being well-versed in project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Carry out design calculations and assess reports to create cost estimates and evaluate project feasibility.
- Utilize your expertise in standard techniques and methods to facilitate project design coordination.
- Communicate project developments and progress effectively with project managers and clients.
- Input and maintain project data and client information within the firm's project management system.
- Review and suggest modifications to standard methods and procedures as needed.
- Supervise and provide technical mentorship to junior staff when necessary.
- Be willing to travel and work in diverse terrains and weather conditions at various construction sites.
